How Customers Can Earn Bonus Points

This tutorial will show you how to set bonus points for customers in Ebmbook EPOS

 

• Settings screen: To set up bonus points, first you should head to the Settings screen, which is located by clicking the upper left corner icon (the four white squares).

 

Next, click on ‘Loyalty & Discounts‘ to view that area of the Settings menu.

 

• Applying loyalty points: For this example, select the first option (circled in red), ‘Rewards & Bonus Setup‘:

 

In the screen called Manage Company Rewards & Bonus screen, click the ‘Enable Loyalty Bonus’ and enter the spending amount in the text box. In the case I set it as £15, so whenever the loyalty bonus is applied to an order, the customer gets 1 bonus point per £15 spent.

 

A reminder: This tutorial is written with the notion that you’re accessing the Ebmbook software through a PC or laptop. If you are using a touchscreen terminal, tablet or smartphone, the same directions apply but with your finger instead of the mouse.
